P4, the operator of the Play network, has just announced the finalization of the acquisition of Virgin Mobile. The transaction amount was PLN 59 million. Virgin Mobile is no longer an independent MVNO virtual operator. In April, there was information about the planned takeover of this network by Play , i.e. an infrastructure telecom providing access to base stations. The deal has just been concluded. Thanks to this, we know that on August 6, 2020, the Promised Share Purchase Agreement was concluded, which resulted in the acquisition of 100 percent.
