Something similar has been the approach of smartphone brand Xiaomi which has flooded the market with multiple phones across the price range. The company launched its Redmi Note 9 series smartphones in March this year. The series then comprised of Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max coming at a starting price of Rs 13,999. The company has now launched a new affordable phone under the series called the Redmi Note 9. The Redmi Note 9 comes with a price tag of Rs 11,999 (base price) and is powered by a MediaTek processor (unlike the Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max that come with Qualcomm processors).
