Samsung Galaxy S20 series: new update brings camera improvements
The new Samsung Galaxy S20 update for 2 of the 3 flagships brings further camera improvements to the models. Now a new update called G98xxXXU2ATE6 is being distributed to the users of the Samsung Galaxy S20 series. Currently only in South Korea, but the patch should also arrive in the next few days. This is the second update with the May 2020 patch, but the further camera improvements are much more interesting. However, these only appear to be available for the Samsung Galaxy S20 + and Galaxy S20 Ultra. Both models get faster autofocus, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra gets a special short-range zoom function, which was specially developed to improve the focusing performance of the phone in the close-up range. The image quality of night mode has also been improved. Other improvements that are exclusive to the Ultra include a faster fingerprint sensor and better sound quality from the speakers.
