HTC Wildfire E2 presented

The HTC Wildfire E2 was introduced quietly and secretly. The new device has now simply turned up at the dealerships, there was no announcement or presentation.

The HTC Wildfire E2 appeared in mid-July and had already revealed the complete specifications. Now the model is official. So there are no surprises with the new entry-level smartphone from the Taiwanese manufacturer.

HTC Wildfire E2 specifications

The device has a 6.2 ″ HD + IPS display with "notch" and a resolution of 1,520 x 720 pixels with a pixel density of 320ppi. This goes hand in hand with relatively slim side frames and a chin that is too thick.

Inside is the MediaTek Helio P22, which is supported by 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. The latter can even be expanded via a microSd card.

A 16 MP camera with aperture f / 2.2 and a 2 MP ToF sensor is installed on the back, and an 8 MP camera on the front. The battery has a capacity of 4,000 mAh.

The package is rounded off by Android 10, paired with the usual HTC Sense overlay and a fingerprint scanner, which is located on the back. The HTC Wildfire E2 costs the equivalent of EUR 115.00.
