Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra should use Exynos 1000 5-nm

The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is said to use the Exynos 1000. This is to be manufactured using the 5 nm process. Allegedly, however, only the Ultra model should rely on the processor.

Only the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra should use the previously unannounced Exynos 1000. The other two flagships are supposed to rely on different SoCs.

For example, the Samsung Galaxy S21 should be based on the Exynos 991/992 without an AMD GPU, while the processor on the Samsung Galaxy 21+ does not seem to be known yet.

Samsung will presumably again use a dua-chip strategy for the Galaxy S21 series, meaning that there will also be Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC.

There are still rumors, of course, that it will take many months before the time comes. And Samsung may make other decisions regarding the processors.
