After months of waiting, Xiaomi ‘s first streaming stick, the Mi TV Stick, has now been launched with a 34-inch curved game monitor and real Mi 2 Basic wireless headphones.

Xiaomi TV dongle is available in only one version instead of two. It was initially expected that the dongle would be available in both 1080p and 4K, just like the streaming versions of the Amazon Fire TV, however, Xiaomi only released the 1080p version today, with no mention of the 4K version.

The Xiaomi TV dongle is a good, portable streaming stick that can fit in your pocket. This feature makes it easier to move compared to the Mi TV Box series. So if you are going to a friend’s house, staying in a hotel or spending the holidays with relatives, you can take it with you and play your favorite movies.

Xiaomi streaming dongle runs Android TV 9.0 and has a built-in Chromecast, so you can stream content from your mobile phone to your TV. The device comes with a Bluetooth remote with dedicated buttons for Netflix, Prime Video and Google Assistant. The product spec sheet states that it has only 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of storage and a quad-core processor. It also supports Dolby Audio and DTS surround sound.

The Mi TV Stick is priced at € 39.99 and comes with a power adapter in the box. It weighs only 28.5 grams and measures 92.4 by 30 by 15.2 millimeters.

Xiaomi 34-inch curved game monitor

Xiaomi also introduced the 34-inch curved game monitor today. This monitor has a WQHD resolution of 3440 x 1440, a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a 21: 9 aspect ratio. Its color spectrum is 121 ٪ sRGB and its curvature is 1500R and it has two HDMI ports and two display ports for connection.

Xiaomi has set a price tag of € 399 for the monitor, which will go on sale later this month.

Real Xiaomi 2 Wireless Headphones

Xiaomi also launched a new pair of TWS airbags called Mi True Wireless 2 Basic. We first saw the device in April when it was certified by Bluetooth SIG.

These airbags have a similar design to the Mi True Wireless 2 wireless headphones, with a different type of case. These airbags are only available in white and have very thick bases. Each has a 14.2mm driver and supports touch control.

Xiaomi says it also supports automatic syncing and connectivity, and with intelligent detection when removing the earbud from the ear, playback stops automatically.

The Mi True Wireless 2 Basic headphones have 5 hours of battery life, which increases to 20 hours with the case of the case, this case supports USB-C charging. This airbag has a feature called dual microphone ambient noise cancellation for clear and quality contacts. The device connects via Bluetooth 5.0 and supports SBC and AAC audio encoders.

TWS airbags cost around € 39.99 but sell for a limited time for € 34.99. They will also go on sale on July 20.
