Amazon Prime Video removes the throttling. You can now enjoy the full bandwidth again with the streaming provider.

At the beginning of the corona crisis, Amazon Prime Video also reduced the bandwidth so that it is free for everyone who works in the home office. I think it also brought something. But the crisis subsides (for now) and now the throttling is stopped again.
