Xiaomi batteries become a success thanks to their long life
In the middle of last May, Xiaomi presented its Mijia Super Battery in China, alkaline batteries capable of lasting up to 5 times longer than a conventional battery, also adding high resistance to low temperatures and higher power than normal.
Today, a few weeks later, its success has been more than evident , managing to raise a total of 2.09 million yuan in its crowdfunding sales modality , that is, about 261,500 euros in exchange.
This represents around 62 times more the financing that Xiaomi hoped to obtain with the sale of these long-lasting batteries, a goal that has been achieved more than anything thanks to its great price / quality ratio.

If we remember, the Xiaomi Mijia Super Battery have a capacity of 2,900mAh , thus achieving a total capacity of 2.5 times than a common alkaline battery that usually stands at 1,500mAh. Its weight is only 16 grams and guarantees optimal performance even in temperatures of -20ºC .
Beyond this, these Xiaomi batteries have succeeded in China thanks to their low price and high security design, let’s not forget that the four-battery pack sells for just 16.9 yuan, about 2 euros in exchange.
