So that’s it, the new Samsung Galaxy Watch 3. Now there are first pictures of the watch from the South Korean regulator and so we can finally look at the design.

So far, only part of the specifications of the upcoming Galaxy Watch 3 were known. Finally there are live images of the wearable. Samsung will have 2 models to choose from, one with a 41mm diameter and a larger one with a 45mm diameter.

Perhaps the most gratifying thing is that the watch will be back on a rotating bezel, but the edges have become narrower. This means that Samsung can install a larger display.

      Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 specifications

      The Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 will appear in the display sizes 1.2 ″ and 1.4 ″. These two variants will be 45 x 46.2 x 11.1 mm or 41 x 42.5 x 11.3 mm. Both variants will support the MIL-STD-810G standard and have an IP68 certification.

      They will be available in stainless steel and titanium versions. The upcoming smartwatch from Samsung will be equipped with Corning Gorilla Glass DX. The smartwatch will have 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.

      As far as the sensors are concerned, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 will have a heart rate monitor with eight pulse-reading photodiodes, blood pressure monitoring and EKG. It will also likely have an accelerometer, barometer, and gyroscope installed. The 41 mm variant of the watch is powered by a 247 mAh battery, while the 45 mm variant will have a 340 mAh battery installed. Tizen OS 5.5 is used as the operating system.
