The Mi Pro 15 2020 notebook was launched in China

Xiaomi has recently launched the 2020 Mi Pro 15 notebook models in China, which use Intel Core i5 and Core i7 10th generation processors based on 14-nanometer (Comet Lake) architecture. In addition, these laptops come with a dedicated NVIDIA MX350 graphics processor.

The new Mi Pro 15 2020 notebook is available in two types. The only difference between the two versions is in the processor, RAM and storage. While the rest of the specifications are the same.

The cheaper model is priced at 5,999 yuan ($ 848) and powered by an Intel Core i5-10210U processor with 8GB of 2666MHz DDR4 RAM and a 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD. The more expensive model is priced at 6,999 yuan ($ 989) and uses the same Intel Core i7-10510U with the same RAM and SSD, but has 16GB and 1TB, respectively.

These Xiaomi laptops have a 15.6-inch FHD display that covers 100% of the sRGB color spectrum. The margins are 6.52 mm, which gives them a body-to-screen ratio of 81.5%. The display is laminated by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and has a viewing angle of 178 degrees.

The Mi Pro 15 2020 notebooks come with a full backlit keyboard and support for Fn + K shortcuts, allowing users to switch between quiet, balanced and full-speed modes. As mentioned earlier, these notebooks have a proprietary NVIDIA MX350 graphics processor based on Pascal architecture and dual cooling technology to lower the temperature.

Connections include two USB Type-C ports and two USB 3.1 ports, one HDMI port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a full-size SD card slot. Other specs include a fingerprint scanner, accurate touchpad, HD webcam, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Dolby Audio, Harman Audio, Hi-Res Audio, 60WHr battery, 1C fast charge via USB Type-C and output 18W pointed to charging the phone.
